Frequently asked questions

Centoreze Pelargonium is available in 21 tablet packs (7 days’ supply at the recommended dose) exclusively online from this website, and from our shop on Amazon UK.

We aim to fulfil and send out all orders received on weekdays before 3pm the same day we receive them. Orders placed after this time during a working day, or at weekends or Bank Holidays, will be fulfilled on the next day our offices are open. Your purchase price includes 1st Class Royal Mail postage, meaning your Centoreze order will usually be with you within 1-2 working days. Unfortunately, at busy times of the year for the postal service, you may have to wait longer for your order to arrive. You can check your order’s progress on the website, but if, after 5 working days have passed, your order still has not reached you, please call our customer care line on 01432 373536 or send us an email via sales@deplantis.uk, and a member of our team will do their best to help you.

Yes, as Centoreze does not contain paracetamol or ibuprofen, you can take it at the same time (but please take care to always follow the instructions for any medicines you are taking, including these and other over-the-counter remedies). If you have any concerns, please discuss them with your doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional before taking Centoreze.

The full list of the ingredients found in Centoreze is available in the patient information leaflet. It is suitable for most people, including those on special diets. Vegetarians can be reassured that the magnesium stearate in the tablet core is from a vegetarian source. If you are following a special diet because you have problems with your liver or kidneys, you should not take Centoreze.

Centoreze is suitable for children and adults aged 12 and over only. Children under 12 years of age should not take Centoreze.

No. Please do not take Centoreze if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Centoreze is a traditional herbal medicinal product and is available “over-the-counter”, meaning it is considered suitable for self-selection without the need for a prescription. However, if your symptoms worsen or do not improve after a week of taking Centoreze at the recommended dose, it is important that you consult your doctor or other qualified healthcare practitioner. Centoreze is not a replacement for your doctor’s advice or recommended treatment.
